First, make sure that the name, billing address and CVV that you are using matches the name and billing address on your credit card. No special characters. Prepaid Debit cards with no billing address will not work.
Our system does a pre-authorization on the card to ensure it is valid. Your issuing bank will then reverse that, which can take several days. Once we know the order has been sent out, that is when the credit card will be charged.
