Dear Sirs, I bought in Walmart a combo-cable RC512 last February, I stored it until now. When I want to open it and place the digits at the preset code 5555 as instructed, the lock doesn´t open. I do have the purchase ticket, but I live in Argentina and it would be almost impossible to ship the item back for replacement.
I would appreciate your comments and help.
