Key Not Turning

Check your Kryptonite key and make sure that it is not bent, twisted or worn out. If it is, use your key number and order new keys.

Ensure that the keyway is clear and free of any debris. You can also try lubrication, such as Finish Line, in the keyway to clear it out especially if your lock is exposed to severe conditions.

If you have multiple locks, make sure that the correct key is being used in the proper lock.  For further assistance please submit a request.
