- Our website works best using Google Chrome on a computer for registering. If you are having issues trying to get your registration to go through on another browser, please try using this browser instead.
- When registering for the ATPO, the name and address on the registration form should match the name and billing address on your credit card. If it does not match, it will decline the transaction. Please verify with your bank the billing address for the credit card before trying again.
- If you have recently moved, please try using your old address for registering. We can manually update the registration once it goes through.
- When uploading images that are required for registering (itemized receipt for bike, itemized receipt for lock, photo of bike), the images cannot exceed 5 MB for a combined total for all 3 images. You may need to resize the images before uploading.
- Image formats that are accepted are: jpgs, pngs, gif, webp, heic
- If the transaction failed because of one of the above issues, the charges may still show pending on your credit card but should reverse and drop off within 7-10 business days. You can submit a ticket, and we can do a reversal of the charges, so they drop off faster.
- If you have issues with one of the International sites trying to register, please try using the US site, sometimes that makes a difference.
