Yes, Kryptonite products do come with a Lifetime Product Warranty. Simply put this will cover any manufacturer defect through normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover operator errors such as putting the wrong keys in your lock, losing a piece of your lock, losing keys that have not been registered, etc.
If you are experiencing problems with your lock first take a look at our troubleshooting solutions to see if the problem can be fixed. If you have tried to troubleshoot the problem and still experience issues you can submit a warranty request. Once you submit your request you will receive a ticket number and a confirmation email.
