Yes, your lock is still covered with a Lifetime Product Warranty. Remember this covers any manufacturer defect through normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover operator errors such as putting the wrong keys in your lock, losing a piece of your lock, losing keys that have not been registered, etc.
If your lock needs to be replaced we will swap it out for the same lock or closest equivalent from our current lineup of products. Submit a request if you need a warranty replacement
