It's simple. Just locate your key number (stamped onto the keys themselves, or for some New York locks on a small metal tag on the key ring). When you have the key number, additional copies can be ordered here.
The key number is not located on the lock or the packaging.
If you registered your key number, submit a request and we will do a search of our database for you. Make sure to let us know the approximate time frame on when you might have registered.
