Key orders are processed generally within 12 -14 business day after confirmation is received (large quantity orders may take longer) and then mailed out with the US Postal Service. Arrival would depend on where you are in the world. If you are inside the US it can take approximately 5-7 business days. Outside the US can take approximately 20-30 business days.
They are mailed out with the US Postal Service in a small envelope. No tracking is used for orders mailed within the US.
Outside US: If an email address is supplied to us, tracking will be emailed from neoship@mail.neopost.com Be sure to check junk/spam folders.
