All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Please note that USPS is currently experiencing extended transit times, so your delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Key orders are processed approximately 20-22 business days after confirmation is received (large quantity orders may take longer) and then mailed out with the US Postal Service in a small envelope. No tracking is used for orders mailed within the US.
Arrival would depend on where you are in the world. If you are inside the US it can take approximately 5-12 business days. Outside the US can take approximately 20-30 business days or longer depending on customs.
For some countries outside US: If an email address is supplied to us, tracking will be emailed from neoship@mail.neopost.com Be sure to check junk/spam folders.
