It's simple. Just locate your key number (stamped onto the standard keys themselves (1-2 letters followed by 4-6 numbers), or for older NYC locks on a small metal tag on the key ring). When you have the key number, submit a ticket here online.
If you do not have your number but know that you registered, submit a ticket with your info and time frame of registration and we can look up your info.

I just lost my evolution mini's last key and realized i'd never registered the number, plus i'm having trouble finding the label with the key number... it's kind of embarrassing... i found a code card but i'm not even sure it belongs to the evolution mini. I've purchased one only other lock in the past which is not kryptonite... sorry!
oh, and i'v purchased the lock while i was living in cambridge, ma, but i now reside outside the u.s....
