Key broke in lock

Try to use a pair of tweezers or needle nose pliers to get the piece out. If that does not work and your bike is locked up, your only option is to have them remove the lock. Please  go to our website https://kryptonite.zendesk.com/tickets/new and submit a request. Enter your contact information, a brief description of the issue and upload a picture of the cut lock and key and we will have a new lock shipped out to you. If you need to call a locksmith to remove the lock please send a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse you for the charges. The lock will come first then approximately 10-14 business days later and if applicable you will receive a prepaid debit card  (Canada and UK will received a check).
