I lost my keys. Can I order replacement copies without the key number?

    I bought 1 replacement key earlier today and Kryptonite took money from my account 3 x's, I've submitted a request and filled an online form with a snap shot of the transaction and I haven't had a response but I'm down on money can anyone advise?

    dude its negative I lost my keys and have not gotten any return responses or calls via email or phone

    I called today and maybe u should to spoke to a lady name Donna 1800 729-5625 she seem as bright as the web page!!

Please check your records verify my name having owned this kryptonite Lock attached to my bike. I need a new key so I can unlock my cable key locking lock. When I registered I lived in Inkster Michigan. Now I live in Westland Michigan and I want to change all my profile information so I can have a new key sent to my new address.

    Kryptonite customer service is the WORST! I have created multiple tickets with ZERO response! I've tweeted them and nothing! 

     

    Kryptonite - respond to your customers as they are the ones keeping you in business!

    Future customers - DO NOT BUT KRYPTONITE products!

    I have also had my tickets open for several months. Shockingly bad service. Wont be buying Kryptonite in the future.

    I've recently bought  a very expensive New York Fahgettaboudit from Amazon and had a problem and needed to contact their support. 3 weeks later and still no response, so it's going straight back to Amazon under their 30 day returns.

    A very good product rendered useless by shockingly poor service. I'll be looking for another solution now.

    I lost my keys - went to go on their webpage to order a replacement set - my first free set to order.

    Their webpage does not load in regards to the key ordering - and their ZenDesk service email is not very Zen - ignoring my initial email two weeks and two subsequent emails asking for an update.

    Customer Service is definately not the strong point - especially for a service they offer. Dread to think how it would be if you ever needed to take them up on their Anti-Theft Programme where you pay extra for if I recall.

    I have been waiting about a year for replacement keys. The lock is currently wrapped around my bike frame and I might have to cut it off. The promise to replace lost keys seems bogus. They haven’t even responded to my emails.

    Hi Everyone, 

    Its shocking how they can advertise a service and literally not actually offer it. 

    I got through to them by harassing and spamming their Instagram page posts. They promptly responded and sent me my keys with in a week. So everyone should go and leave lots of comments on their instagram. Go!

    I just bought my lock no issue with lost keys so far but far from happy already! Trying to register to be able to get keys if mine are ever misplaced and also to simply register....nigh on impossible. Nothing adds up, feel like I've been scammed before I start. Am going to complain of course to the outlet and also will be informing ombudsman of the utterly shoddy service. Buyer beware!!! I thought as had purchased from a reputable outlet I should be safe apparently not. They will be informed. Thanks for nothing KRYPTONITE....
