If you have lost your keys, do not have your key number and the number was never registered with Kryptonite, it is impossible to get replacements, but you can send in your lock through our Lock Out Replacement service.

Lock Out Replacement Details

The Lock Out Replacement service is available to customers in the U.S. and Canada only. This service allows you to mail us your current lock with lost keys and receive a brand new lock. The replacement will be the same model. If you have an older style lock we will replace it with a comparable lock from our current line of products.

Payment can be made by credit card, check or money order made out to Kryptonite ( For Canadian residents please note all checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank and be in US dollars).

• Print and complete the Lock Out Replacement Form (see below)
• Your lock (if it is currently locked up will need to have it removed by contacting a local bike shop, fire department or locksmith. You can send it in in any condition after removal)
